Missing The Blog
I still haven't had the chance to try to get my pictures off the camera and on to the laptop so I can start blogging again. I'm not the biggest fan of computers and I'm having trouble accepting the change from the comfort of what I know to learning something new. For those of you who do enjoy sharing this blog with us...thanks for being patient. We'll be back soon ;)

Flourless Peanut Butter Chocolate Chunk Cookies
I am having computer issues and luckily have my mom's laptop to use in the mean time. Regardless, it looks like it will cause a break from the blog as I try to figure out how to download my pictures. So... here is a recipe I have told a couple people I would send. I got the recipe from my friend Devan (if you are reading... I miss you and your baking :) )
These cookies are really good and I love how easy they are and that they require so few ingredients. They use natural peanut butter as the binder rather than flour. I will type the original recipe but I have started making them with out sugar and they are still really good and have a great texture to them. To replace the sugar I used 1/2 cup Agave and reduced the temperature to 325 degrees.
1 cup organic peanut butter
3/4 cup cane sugar
1 large egg, slightly beaten (or egg replacer)
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup dark chocolate, roughly chopped (or dark choc. chips)

Skirts
I love making these skirts!
I made Skyla the one with the Asian fabric and loved the way it turned out. It doesn't require a pattern and she loves the shiny ribbon on the bottom. I first saw the instructions on SouleMama's blog. Oh, the inspiration I get from that amazing woman! The other two skirts in the photo I am planning on wrapping up and putting in the girl's Easter baskets.

Lester's Photos
I love when I pick up the camera and find pictures Les took when I wasn't around.
