Inspired by her cousin Ely... August has been asking to try karate. So we went in for a trial class. After August's first class, Skyla decided she wanted to give it a try. I am a little surprised in their interest given the noise level and the male coaches. They have jumped right in though and I love to watch them in action. So for at least the summer...they will be trading in their ballet shoes for karate belts!
